Independent of vendors
No resale, no commissions. Recommendations are made against your constraints, not a partner quota.
We advise on and build the systems organisations depend on — from the architecture decisions that shape them to the platforms that keep them running. Independent of vendors, engaged hourly, accountable by name.
NG&NR Technologies is an enterprise technology consulting company based in Bengaluru. We work with organisations on the decisions that are expensive to reverse — system architecture, platform selection, modernisation sequencing — and on building and operating the systems those decisions produce.
Two things distinguish how we engage. First, we are independent: we do not resell software or infrastructure and hold no vendor commissions, so a platform recommendation is counsel rather than a sales channel. Second, expertise is engaged hourly rather than hired full-time, because most organisations need senior architecture input intensively and intermittently.
Every engagement has a named architect who owns the technical outcome. How that works in practice is described in our delivery approach.
Grouped by where they sit in the lifecycle: deciding, building, and running.
10 of 10 service pages are published. The remainder describe capabilities we deliver today; their detail pages are being written and will be linked here as they are published.
Architecture and delivery help is needed at different moments. The shape of the engagement should match the moment.
Engaged before significant code exists, when structural decisions are still cheap to change. Produces the target-state architecture, the technology selection rationale, and a sequencing plan the delivery team can execute.
Engaged when delivery has slowed, costs are rising, or a design that fitted the original problem no longer fits the current one. Diagnostic first: we establish what is actually causing the drag before recommending change.
A named architect available as the system evolves, covering design review, technology decisions and course correction. Delivered under a subscription rather than a fixed project scope.
No resale, no commissions. Recommendations are made against your constraints, not a partner quota.
Architect-level input without the fixed cost of a full-time hire, for organisations whose need is intensive but intermittent.
A named architect owns the technical outcome and remains the point of contact for the engagement.
One-time consultations or subscriptions. Pricing includes GST, with no hidden charges.
The same sequence applies whichever service you engage.
An overview of your project, a review of the system design, and an assessment of compatibility needs. Its purpose is to establish whether there is useful work to do.
What is in scope, who is involved, and what a good outcome looks like in terms you can measure.
Review of the running system and its constraints, then the recommendation with its alternatives and trade-offs recorded.
Your team builds; we stay available for review and course correction.
Sector context changes the constraints more than it changes the engineering. These are the environments where we most often work.
Interoperability between clinical systems, patient data privacy, and legacy platforms that cannot be taken offline.
Core system modernisation, real-time payment flows, and architecture that can evidence regulatory controls.
Claims and policy administration on ageing platforms, and data trapped in systems never designed to talk to each other.
Traffic that is seasonal rather than steady, omnichannel inventory accuracy, and catalogue scale.
Operational technology meeting information technology, supply chain visibility, and ERP estates grown by accretion.
Real-time tracking, partner system integration, and routing systems where latency has a direct cost.
Student information systems, hybrid delivery platforms and sharply seasonal load.
Procurement constraints, data residency, accessibility obligations and long-lived legacy estates.
OSS/BSS complexity, network-scale data volumes and availability expectations measured in minutes per year.
Grid and asset telemetry, regulatory reporting, and operational systems that cannot tolerate an outage window.
Dedicated industry pages are in preparation. Until they are published these are described here rather than linked, so no link points at a page that does not exist.
We are not tied to a stack. These are the platforms our engagements most often involve.
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud — including hybrid and multi-cloud topologies where a single provider is not viable.
Docker and Kubernetes, with the operational model that has to exist around them.
.NET, Java, Python and Node.js on the server; React and Flutter on the client.
Relational and document stores, event streaming, and the integration patterns that connect them.
Declarative provisioning and environment parity, so architecture decisions survive contact with deployment.
Most organisations do not arrive knowing. The free first consultation exists for exactly this: an overview of your situation, a review of the current design, and an assessment of what would actually help. If the answer is that you do not need us, we say so.
That is the normal arrangement. Your team implements; we contribute design, review and technical direction. Engagements where the consultant builds in isolation tend to produce systems the team cannot maintain.
Three models: initial project design, mid-project assistance, and ongoing support. The first two are typically one-time consultations; ongoing support runs as a subscription. Pricing is transparent and includes GST, with no hidden charges.
No. We do not resell software or infrastructure and hold no vendor commissions. Platform and product recommendations are independent counsel.
Our office is in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Engagements are conducted remotely and on-site depending on what the work requires.
